  • Trust is fundamental to a team's ability to work together solve challenges. This session teaches teams what trust is, why it matters, and how to rebuild when it's broken.

  • This session reframes what facilitation is (and what it isn’t), teaches a highly flexible method for facilitating, and helps individuals identify their facilitation “superpowers” – all while providing space to practice.
